What else is included within the Presenting without PowerPoint training?
Pre-session research with all participants
Ahead of developing your session, together we will complete a full research project to understand the needs, confidence and existing skills of all of your learners. Using online surveys, interviews and more we will get a full picture of the challenge and the goal.
Tailoring all course content to your goals
The research phase informs us about exactly the topics and techniques that our learners require. We then create unique training content and activities to help them develop these skills in the most engaging way. Every session that is developed will be packed full of examples, lessons and activities that are relevant to your sector and business.
Follow-up coaching for everyone
Learners always finish training sessions engaged and inspired, but it’s easy to let new learnings slip once they are back at their desks. With this in mind, every participant is offered a 30 minute one-to-one presentation skills coaching session in the weeks and months that follow the initial training. This follow-up helps everyone to embed their new skills, ask questions and refine their technique after using their new learnings in the ‘real world’.
Video analysis of all participants
Everyone that takes part in a Rich Public Speaking training course is filmed delivering at least one presentation or speech. On the day they will receive feedback from their peers. After the session, they will receive feedback directly from Rich and a copy of their video. This feedback, and viewing themselves speak on camera is the most effective way to develop their presentation skills.
Access to a full library of resources and support
All learners will have access to all of the materials, worksheets and content from our sessions within the Rich Public Speaking online library. On top of this, they will also be able to export and download further infographics, videos and articles on all areas of public speaking everything from Persuasive Presentations to crafting Super Soundbites, and lots in-between!
Monthly learning emails
For those learners that like to read, absorb and consider ideas via their inbox, all participants receive a series of monthly emails after the course. Each email focuses on a. Different technique that we discovered during the initial session. The email provides a timely reminder about the topic, motivation to use it in practice and guidance on how use the technique effectively.
