The company's MD could no longer attend a panel session at a global conference. The up and coming Sales Director was nominated to step-in and make the most of this opportunity, but needed coaching to ensure an impactful performance.

The Tailored Solution

A series of one-to-one public speaking coaching sessions with the Sales Director. We spent time understanding his values and preferred speaking style, developing his advanced speaking and storytelling skills, and rehearsing powerful, memorable delivery techniques for the conference Q&A session.

On the day, he delivered beautifully, showcasing the company's expert knowledge and getting his key messages across to the audience. The icing on the cake was getting quoted in the trade press with many of our pre-prepared soundbites.
